2015

Operations start with focus on management and leasing of wireless telecommunication sites.

2017

Added a new business vertical: Optic Fiber network management.

2018

Mexico Infrastructure Partners (MIP) turns into our new shareholder, and DAS became our new business unit.

2020

Improved our tracking and monitoring system by launching 2 Network Operation Centers (NOCs).

2022

Acquisition of more than 1,800 km of urban optic fiber network.

2023

Ardian became our new shareholder of MXT Holdings, and we raised to the 4th placer as telecom tower company, with the purchase of Centennial Mexico.

2025

Finish developing the Maya Project, with which we are connecting with 400 kilometers of 96-wire backbone interurban Optic Fiber, from Mérida to Cancún and Playa del Carmen.

Our Leadership Team

Néstor Bergero

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

An Electrical and Electronics Engineer, Néstor joined MXT Holdings in October 2024. Over 40 years, he has led teams and projects at major telecommunications companies across Latin America, including CTI Móvil and Telecom Argentina, Iusacell in Mexico, Nextel in Brazil, and Claro in Colombia. He also served as an advisor to Huawei on the development of key projects such as the Global Services Center (GSC) in Querétaro and ALTAN's shared network, both in Mexico.

Francisco Correa

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Francisco earned a master’s in finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s in economics from Universidad de Los Andes. He joined MXT Holdings in August 2024. His career began being part of the investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Later he worked with different leading private equity funds in Latin America, where he held financial leadership roles within portfolio companies.

Jorge Millones

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

An Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer, Jorge joined MXT Holdings in September 2024. Throughout his extensive career, he has led significant projects in the industry, working with global companies such as Telefónica and Motorola.

Pablo Mijares

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Pablo joined MXT Holdings in June 2024. He has held executive positions at Telefónica, NEXTEL, Iusacell, and American Tower.

Rolando Rábago

General Counsel (GC)

A lawyer by profession, Rolando joined MXT Holdings in May 2024. He completed his education at Colegio La Salle and Universidad La Salle in Mexico. Also, he served as Deputy Legal Director at América Móvil (AMX) – Telcel and AMX Content, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and telecommunications.

Olivia Chavero

Head of Talent and Transformation

An Economics graduate with a master's degree in administration, Olivia joined MXT Holdings in February 2024. Throughout her professional career, she has led Customer Experience, Process Design and Optimization, Financial Services, and Human Resources departments at companies such as DIRECTV Venezuela (AT&T) and Ceragon Networks.

Adrián Moreno Rico

Operations Director

A lawyer by profession, Adrián joined MXT Holdings in November 2023. Throughout his career, he has led key areas at Centennial Towers and Marcatel, effectively combining the regulatory and legal aspects of telecommunications with field implementation and operations to deliver the highest quality service to clients.

Manuel González

Fiber Sales Director

A Telecommunications Engineer, Manuel joined MXT Holdings in February 2020. He began his career in the industry 30 years ago at Alcatel, was part of the Alestra team, and over the past 5 years, has developed sales strategies at MX Fiber.

Thalia Martínez

Wireless Sales Director

A lawyer by profession, Thalia joined MXT Holdings in February 2019. She served as Key Account Manager for nearly 8 years at American Tower, where she was responsible for accounts such as Telefónica Movistar, Nextel, AT&T, and Altán. Additionally, she contributed to the deployment of Altán's network.
