An Electrical and Electronics Engineer from Universidad de Córdoba, Néstor joined MXT Holdings in October 2024. For over 40 years, he has led teams and projects at major telecommunication companies across Latam, including CTI Móvil and Telecom Argentina, Iusacell in Mexico, Nextel in Brazil, and Claro in Colombia. He also served as an advisor to Huawei on key projects such as the Global Services Center (GSC) in Querétaro and ALTAN's shared network, both in Mexico.
Francisco earned a master’s in finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s in economics from Universidad de Los Andes. He joined MXT Holdings in August 2024. His career began being part of the investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Later he worked with different leading private equity funds in Latin America, where he held financial leadership roles within portfolio companies.
An Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Peru, Jorge joined MXT Holdings in September 2024. Throughout his extensive career, he has led significant projects in the industry, working with global companies such as Telefónica and Motorola.
A lawyer by profession, Rolando joined MXT Holdings in May 2024. He completed his education at Universidad La Salle in Mexico. Also, he served as Deputy Legal Director at América Móvil (AMX) – Telcel and AMX Contenido, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and telecommunications.
A lawyer by profession, Adrián joined MXT Holdings in November 2023. Throughout his career, he has led key areas at Centennial Towers and Marcatel, effectively combining the regulatory and legal aspects of telecommunications with field implementation and operations to deliver the highest quality service to clients.
Fernando is Communication and Electronics Engineer from IPN, he holds two master degrees in Computation Science from IPN and Data Science from UVM. He joined MXT Holdings in April 2025. He has 25 years of experience in a wide variety of sectors, such as: Biomedics, Retail, and Telecom. In the latter, he participated in Motorola's expansion project in Mexico and Central America, as well as the start and growth of operations of Telefonica in Mexico.
A Telecommunications Engineer from IPN with a master's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Manuel joined MXT Holdings in February 2020. He began his career in the industry 30 years ago at Alcatel, was part of the Alestra team, and over the past 5 years, has developed sales strategies at MX Fiber.
A lawyer by profession from Universidad Americana with a master´s degree in International Business Law from Universidad Complutense of Madrid, Thalia joined MXT Holdings in February 2019. She served as Key Account Manager for nearly 8 years at American Tower, where she was responsible for accounts such as Telefónica Movistar, Nextel, AT&T, and Altán. Additionally, she contributed to the deployment of Altán's network.
